Description
Over a raspberry-red ground softened by time —pinker in some places, deeper in others— runs a lattice of linked diamonds. The line that traces them is dark, almost black, edged in cream, and inside each diamond sit the small marks of Amazigh weaving: combs, hooks, smaller diamonds the weaver added by hand.
A horizontal band crosses the piece down the middle and splits it into two halves, each with its own rhythm: above, the drawing is finer and tighter; below, more open. Threads of lilac and the odd flash of orange surface through the wool —recovered fibres that lift the red without unsettling its calm. The pile is low, worn almost flat in places, with the patina only years can give. It finishes in twisted-cord fringes in reds and deep garnet.
As this is a handcrafted piece, slight variations in tone or pile may occur, inherent to the manual process.
We try to photograph each rug as faithfully as possible. If you need more images or additional information, we will be delighted to help you.
Before shipping, all our rugs are carefully brushed.

Care Instructions
Wool is a natural fibre with self-cleaning properties, so it does not require intensive cleaning.
If a stain appears, act quickly: blot the liquid without rubbing and clean with lukewarm water and a mild soap. Avoid chemical products that could damage the fibres or affect the colour. Leave the rug to air dry.
Natural fibres do not respond well to excessive water or intensive mechanical cleaning. The use of a washing machine is also not recommended.
Air the rug from time to time, even in some sunlight, to help keep it in good condition. It is also advisable to rotate the rug periodically to ensure even wear.
Avoiding the use of shoes and, if possible, placing a rug pad underneath can help protect the rug and extend its lifespan.
If the rug requires a deeper clean, we recommend taking it to a professional cleaning service.
