Each Boucheruit piece is unique and may exhibit variations, irregularities, or marks inherent to its artisanal craftsmanship and its previous journey, particularly for vintage items. These characteristics are part of its nature and are not considered defects.

Nevertheless, we want each piece to truly find its place within your space.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return, as established by European e-commerce regulations.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of shipping error or incident during transit.

We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and appropriate packaging.

Refund

Once the item has been received and inspected, we will process the corresponding refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
