How we work

Every piece is handwoven and no two are alike. Choosing one with judgement is a process, and we see it through from start to finish, in the space or at a distance.

At a distance

What is online is part of the collection; there are more pieces in the showroom. A photograph says a great deal, though not everything: for any rug we can send you further photos and video —the weave close up, the reverse, how the colour behaves in the light— and answer your questions in writing or on a video call, whichever you prefer. If several pieces interest you, we put together a selection with the origin, materials and measurements of each.

In the showroom

The space is open to the public. If you bring photographs of the room and the measurements, we can look at them together and advise you better. If you want to spend time with particular pieces and see them in detail, it is worth arranging an appointment. If you live nearby, we can bring the rugs to you so you can see them where they will be.

Custom rugs

We work with the cooperatives to weave new rugs to measure. It is handwork and it takes time: each piece is woven from scratch. We approach every commission individually, with you, from the first sketch to delivery. If you have a clear idea of what you need, we can help you give it shape.

Projects and interiors

We also work with interior designers, decorators and studios looking for pieces with character. We prepare selections to brief, hold pieces while a project is defined, provide samples and agree trade terms. If you are developing a home, a hospitality space or a commercial interior and want to include handwoven rugs, tell us what you need.
