General terms and conditions of sale

The business consists of the online sale of handcrafted rugs and decorative textile pieces.

The customer may select the desired products and add them to the cart. Before confirming the order, they may review the details and correct any errors.
The purchase is formalized when the customer confirms payment and receives the confirmation email.

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes.
Shipping costs will be indicated before completing the purchase.

Orders will be shipped to the address indicated by the customer within the timeframe specified in the product description.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination within Spain or the European Union.

The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The product must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
The refund will be processed within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the returned product.

In accordance with current regulations, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to products made according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Custom-made or specially commissioned rugs are not eligible for return, except in case of manufacturing defect.

As these are handmade pieces, they may present slight variations in measurements, texture, or color. These characteristics are part of the artisanal process and shall not be considered defects.

Products are covered by the applicable legal warranty in accordance with current regulations.

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law.
