Shipping & returns

We prepare every order by hand. We roll each piece, protect it and get it ready to travel, so it reaches your home in the same condition it left the showroom.

Preparation and timing

We ship within 1 to 4 working days of your order being confirmed. All orders are sent from Spain.

When you place your order you receive a confirmation email. Once the piece leaves the showroom, we send you the tracking details so you can follow it at any time.

Estimated delivery times

Mainland Spain: 2–5 working days
European Union: 5–10 working days
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination.

The cost is calculated at checkout based on the destination.

European Union

Other destinations — Cyprus, Malta, Greece, Iceland and destinations outside the European Union (Norway, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, among others): get in touch before ordering and we’ll prepare a quote. Customs duties or import taxes may apply at the destination, payable by the recipient.

Showroom pickup

If you’re in Vitoria or nearby, you can collect your order at our showroom on Herrería 11, by appointment and with no shipping cost. A good chance to see the piece in person before taking it home.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your piece to return it. The rug must come back in its original condition, unused and with its packaging.

To start a return, email us at info@boucheruit.com and we’ll guide you through the steps. Once we’ve received and checked the piece, we’ll process the refund via the same payment method. The cost of return shipping is covered by the buyer.

Made-to-measure pieces, produced for a specific commission, are not eligible for return.
