Berber Boujad rug in natural wool, high-pile, its field a horizontal gradient running from mauve and burgundy — crossed by a band of blue — down to terracotta and orange at the base. Over it, an open grid of fine ecru lines.

It belongs to our Archive selection: rugs woven decades ago and kept intact, their wool and weave spared the wear of time. As with any handmade work, slight variations in weft, knot or colour may appear; we photograph each piece as faithfully as possible, though tones may shift with the light of each screen.
