Berber rug in the Boujad tradition, newly made, handwoven in natural wool. Against a cream-coloured, high-pile ground, a free composition of symbols and figures — diamonds outlined in turquoise and pink, triangles, checkerboards and Berber signs — spreads with no fixed order, in a pastel range of coral, pink, blue and violet crossed by a streak of terracotta down the centre, with the spontaneous character of Boujad pieces.

As with all handcraftwork, slight variations in pattern, texture or measurements may appear. These particularities are part of the character of each piece.

This rug is handmade and is a vintage piece, so it may present irregularities inherent to its craftsmanship and the passage of time. Variations in the weave, fibre thickness or colour are part of its artisanal nature and should not be considered defects.
