We ship within 1 to 4 working days of your order being confirmed. All orders are sent from Spain. <\/p>\n

When you place your order you receive a confirmation email. Once the piece leaves the showroom, we send you the tracking details so you can follow it at any time. <\/p>\n

Showroom pickup<\/h2>\n

If you’re in Vitoria or nearby, you can collect your order at our showroom on Herrer\u00eda 11, by appointment and with no shipping cost. A good chance to see the piece in person before taking it home. <\/p>\n

Returns<\/h2>\n

You have 14 calendar days<\/strong> from receiving your piece to return it. The rug must come back in its original condition, unused and with its packaging. <\/p>\n

To start a return, email us at info@boucheruit.com and we’ll guide you through the steps. Once we’ve received and checked the piece, we’ll process the refund via the same payment method. The cost of return shipping is covered by the buyer. <\/p>\n

Made-to-measure pieces, produced for a specific commission, are not eligible for return.<\/p>\n
